This device is going to be released on the first half of 2009. However, we haven't got the official and exact launch date from Nokia.

Negri Electronics claims that they will have this device available on February 11th, 2009.
It may be too soon, don't you think?

It was accidentally leaked on Play.com that the N97 will start shipping on March 31st in the UK. An early-April release date in the US is expected.

Latest news reports are a June 23, 2009 ship date worldwide.
Are there any rumors of production problems or some last minute software integration? There was a bit of brouhaha about Skype being pre-installed and some carriers didn't like that.
