My N97 is 2 days old I I have rebooted it atleast 5-6 times as it hangs up. I am currently on 10.0.012 and have been advised to move to 11.0.021. The current issues include Unlock Key issues, UI hanging, GPS not working, Charger havving erratic behaviour, Touch Screen not responding on some applications/menu options. Will update all post the upgrade and usage....Am currently very dissatisfied with Nokia because the base release has enormous bugs and they want the Customers to suffer post paying so much for it.

Should it really matter which country you're in to get the update? I live in New Zealand and it takes FOREVER for new technology to reach us - the N96 (for example) pretty much only got released a few months ago; unless you bought it from a parallel importer. So no doubt it will take at least a month for our (only) mobile network provider to send us the update.
I've imported in the N97 about a week ago, and I too can't wait for this update, so is it possible to download the initial update from an international source and configure the network settings through vodafone NZ?
