Nokia N97 App Review-Nokia Messaging by Nokia BETA Labs

The final release of the Nokia Messaging applicaion will be in May and will be launcheed at it’s official site.
Here are the main features:
- Even easier program navigation with support for ‘tap & hold’ contextual functionality
- The client is completely fingertip-operated, no stylus required
- Functions both in landscape and portrait views
- Message previews in the inbox view
- Displays address book contact photos in messages
Here are some of the known issues:
- HTML support is coming in a future release.
- You many encounter a few quirks involving jumping between mailboxes, please note anything you find in the support forums.
You may post feedback on the site. This version is not the final and may have bugs and problems. But it seems to be well done so not many major issues are to be expected.

I have installed Nokia messaging on my Nokia N97. When I recieve an email there doesn’t appear an icon on top of the screen. Does anybody else have this problem? And can anybody help me to solve this problem
