salam! i hv got this mobile phone, but its internet works in som areas but doesnt in some other areas.so kindly snd me tips for this fault. i also dontknow the optionof OVI ,wht is it for? and i need some nice softwares to be installd .,e.g a software for time,tht the phone should become off, or busy during spicific times.? Hello everyone,
Does anyone know where the A-GPS chip is located on the N97? I currently have a Nokia N95 8GB and the A-GPS chip is located under the keypad and the keypad has to be slid open for the GPS to work, not very convenient when I’m walking or riding my bike to have to hold the phone open all the time.
I’m hoping that this is not the case with the N97, not really a deal breaker, I also have an N810, but it would be nice. Does anyone know?

it appears your so called confirmed information is very much a fiction of your imagination, i hope this is just a one off and not a continued example of your ability to forsee a release date before it is officially announced

why or how you keep the moderator status on SF is beyond me, giving such false info like this

It sounds too soon, but it would be fantastic to have this device in 10 days from now!
I was told by womworld that they don’t have it yet, we’re gonna have to wait, and please, keep us updated on any news.

I’m an avid Symbian-Freak reader BTW.

hmm i talked with local stores in my town and they are telling that it might released before 17th of Jan’09 , I was surprised to here this then i thought this guy might have gone mad but i have confirmed the news the same thing in many other mobiles stores too

I will keep you guys updated in here or @ Symbian-freak

Yeah, I think the Feb 2009 release date is too ambitious too. I’m obsesed
with smart phones and I even invested about $12000 in NOK stock!!!

Can’t wait to get the N97. I also visit symbianfreak.com to fish for more info on the N97 and other rumors regarding new devices by Nokia.
