Ginny Mies over at PC World gives us a review of the Nokia N97.
On paper, the Nokia N97 seems to beat the phones such as the Palm Pre, Apple iPhone etc due to it’s big list of features but it falls short due to the Symbian OS it uses which is not as refined as the other OSes. But the Nokia N97 impresses in other areas such as audio and video.
The Nokia N97 feels good in hand and pocket-able but a bit hefty. The slide is nice and slides out at an angle. though it is good for watching videos and reducing glare, it’s quite irritating while using the keyboard. The edges of the upper sliding portion come close to the top row of keys and the layout of the keyboard is also not good.
